The Behind Story of Khao San Road, Bangkok
If you have watch the movie, The Beach (which starring Leonardo DiCaprio) and The Hangover 2 (which starring Bradley Cooper ) you might saw an instant glance of the street as there are few scene were recorded at the famous street, Khao San Road. So, what about Khao San Road? What make this place so famous? The original or the real name of the place is Khao San but somehow are famously known as Khao San Road due to its location, a two way street fulls with hawkers, street carts and it's close with the Bangkok city's attractions. Years later, it become 'the backpackers heaven' or 'the backpackers Mecca', as it fulls with backpackers from all around the world. The guesthouse around here, are not so bad too. They're still cheap, affordable and comfortable. And the best part of Khao San are it is the spot that have almost everything. The culture, the street/city life, and the nightlife was uniquely different. ...
